"Received Ting device as a courtesy option from State Farm. We set it up and it has proven to be a critical part of protecting our home. 2 weeks ago I got a fire hazard alert text and phone call from Ting. They stated we were arcing electricity somewhere in the home. We worked carefully together to locate the problem. Our water heater had exposed wiring that was in water that we didn’t know about! Because of Ting we got a plumber out to the house and replaced our hot water heater. We paid for the part but having Ting provided us with a $1000 credit for service! Please utilize this service that State Farm offers, we are so glad we did!"
